Since you are ordering a customized product that will be designed with your shared information (Photos, Date of Birth, Name, and occasions), it is not reusable for any other person. That is the only reason we are offering Cash on Delivery but after the payment of the booking amount, which will get adjusted in the final amount of the product. The booking amount is not an extra charge; it is always part of the final amount of the product. The booking amount may differ depending on the product.

Since all products are almost customized products, from the process of customization to packaging, it takes one working day to process. Once your packet is ready to ship, the third-party courier partner (decided based on your location) will be responsible for shipping your product to your place within 3 to 5 days.

If you want to cancel the order, please WhatsApp us at 917589201689 within 6 hours of the purchase time. If your order has already been designed/crafted/created from our end, it cannot be canceled. We request that you WhatsApp us within 6 hours from the time of purchase.

If you receive a manufacturing defected or damaged product, we offer a replacement. We require proof of defects with the help of images and videos. If the reason is genuine and proven after investigation, we will replace your product at no extra cost. Any missing items in the packaging or used items will not be eligible for replacement or return.
