Replacement Policy
At MyPhotoPrint, every gift is uniquely customized and specially crafted just for you, making it truly one-of-a-kind. As these personalized gifts are made exclusively for each customer, we do not offer returns. However, we understand that sometimes things can go wrong during transit, and we are here to help.
We offer replacements in the following cases:
- Broken or damaged items
- Non-functional products
- Incorrect items delivered
If your product falls under any of these categories, you can request a replacement. Please note that:
- For damaged or broken items, you must raise your replacement request within 12 hours of receiving your parcel, by providing Clear unboxing video without cut
- For any other concerns such as wrong or non-functioning items, you have 7 days to initiate a replacement request.
Our goal is to ensure you receive your personalized gift in perfect condition, and we are committed to resolving any issues promptly and efficiently.
