Return & Replacement Policy
Return Policy:
- Returns are not accepted for customized products. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will offer a replacement.
- Replacement deliveries will be made within 6 working days after a complaint is submitted.
Refund Policy:
- Refunds are available if an order is not received within 15 working days.
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- Refunds will be processed within 1 week of approval.
