The booking amount is not an extra charge; it is always part of the final amount of the product. The booking amount may differ depending on the product.

Since all products are almost customized products, from the process of customization to packaging, it takes one working day to process. Once your packet is ready to ship, the third-party courier partner (decided based on your location) will be responsible for shipping your product to your place within 3 to 5 days.

If you receive a manufacturing defected or damaged product, we offer a replacement. We require proof of defects with the help of images and videos. If the reason is genuine and proven after investigation, we will replace your product at no extra cost. Any missing items in the packaging or used items will not be eligible for replacement or return.
