Since all products are almost customized products, from the process of customization to packaging, it takes one working day to process. If you receive a manufacturing defected or damaged product, we offer a replacement. We require proof of defects with the help of images and videos. If the reason is genuine and proven after investigation, we will replace your product at no extra cost. Any missing items in the packaging or used items will not be eligible for replacement or return.
